The operation of a heat pump can be compared to that of a refrigerator, but in reverse.
The heat from the air is conducted into the accumulator through the heating system. To increase the temperature, the liquid refrigerant vapor is compressed until it reaches a temperature high enough to heat the water.
The PHV 80ºC series is suitable for aluminum or cast iron radiators and domestic hot water production.
The PHV series are one of the few Heat Pumps existing today, capable of offering a maximum temperature of 80ºC and with R290 refrigerant.
Additional Notes:
(* 1 *) Water heated from 30ºC to 35ºC, external temperature 7ºC
(*2*) Water heated from 50°C to 55°C, outside temperature 7°C
(3) Maximum DHW outlet temperature up to 80 °C
(4) Cold water 12°C to 7°C, outside temperature 35°C
